Distance Learning
courses are transferable, full-credit college courses delivered wholly or
partially via the Internet, cable television, or a combination of
both. Online courses are delivered using technology such as E-mail,
Internet, multimedia, voice mail, virtual office hours, chat rooms,
message boards, and listservs. In addition to Internet assignments,
teleweb students view video programs that are broadcast over cable
television. Distance Learning course fees and academic credit are
the same as on-campus courses. Distance learning students should
have access to a computer and a modem connection, and be comfortable navigating the Internet.

The course is comprised of semi-regular on campus meetings and Online

Video programs broadcast via cable television and Internet work. |

General
Information
On-campus
attendance is required for orientations, tests and exams for most
distance learning courses. Check specific information and
requirements for each course.
Teleweb video programs are broadcast via
cable television in specific area cities only. To view schedule
click here.
Add/drop policy: Students are expected
to participate within the first week of the course. For
those who have not participated the instructor will drop
that student no later than the 3rd week of the course start date.
Final Add/Drop date for spring semester classes is April 30 -
In Person and May 1 through WebStar.
Computer access on campus is available. For lab information
visit http://fcnet.fullcoll.edu.
The Distance Learning Department provides technical support for
course using WebCT format and WebCT related products only.
